Connect Pro uses Solarwinds N-Able monitoring software to remotely manage our customers' networks with a proactive or managed maintenance agreement .                         

This allows us to remotely (inter alia) connect to your network to perform the necessary maintenance work. N-Able can also be used as a anti-virus solution, to protect your servers and computers against viruses and spyware in an affordable and efficient way.                         

Thanks to software such as N-Able, we can limit the number of on-site interventions and replace them with remote interventions. This has a number of advantages for you as a customer, such as:

• Faster response time (because no extra time required for relocation)
• Lower costs (because no travel costs)

Note that a maintenance agreement goes much further than just using N-Able, and also contains additional components such as periodic manual checks, a guaranteed response time from our service desk, an affordable hourly rate, (optionally) a fixed monthly intervention, etc.
